‘जननी’ की सशक्त उपस्थिति, जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल 2026 में मिली सराहना

जननी – द स्टोरी शी रोट, आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजेंस (AI) एवं ऑगमेंटेड रियलिटी (AR) पर आधारित फिल्म, ने दिल्ली में आयोजित जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल (JFF) 2026 के उद्घाटन अध्याय में अपनी स्क्रीनिंग के साथ एक महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि हासिल की। यह आयोजन डॉ. अम्बेडकर इंटरनेशनल सेंटर (DAIC), जनपथ, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित हुआ।

जननी – द स्टोरी शी रोट, द वॉयेजर्स स्टूडियोज़ की प्रस्तुति है, जो व्हिजकिड फिल्म्स के सहयोग से निर्मित की गई है। यह फिल्म राजयोगिनी ब्रह्माकुमारी डॉ. नलिनी दीदी जी (दीदी माँ) की पावन स्मृति एवं उनके प्रति गहरी श्रद्धा के साथ बनाई गई है, जिनके जीवन और मूल्य इस फिल्म की प्रेरणा रहे हैं।

फिल्म का स्क्रीनिंग, फेस्टिवल के उद्घाटन दिवस पर प्राइम-टाइम स्क्रीनिंग में किया गया, जहाँ इसकी सशक्त और भावपूर्ण कहानी को सिनेमा प्रेमियों, फिल्म निर्माताओं और फिल्म उद्योग से जुड़े अनेक प्रतिष्ठित लोगों ने देखा। विश्व भर से प्राप्त लगभग 2,000 फिल्मों में से जननी का चयन होना फिल्म और उसकी रचनात्मक टीम के लिए एक उल्लेखनीय उपलब्धि है।

फिल्म महोत्सव में भारतीय सिनेमा और फिल्म जगत से जुड़ी अनेक प्रतिष्ठित हस्तियाँ उपस्थित रहीं, जिनमें प्रसिद्ध अभिनेता, डांसर, कॉमेडियन एवं टेलीविजन प्रस्तुतकर्ता जावेद जाफरी; राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार विजेता फिल्म निर्माता एवं निर्देशक सुधीर मिश्रा; राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार विजेता फिल्म निर्माता एवं निर्देशक मधुर भंडारकर; हिंदी एवं बंगाली सिनेमा की वरिष्ठ अभिनेत्री मौसमी चटर्जी; वरिष्ठ निर्माता और  निर्देशक राहुल रावेल तथा प्रसिद्ध अभिनेत्री एवं रंगमंच निर्देशक लिलेट दुबे शामिल थीं। इन प्रतिष्ठित हस्तियों ने जननी की सराहना की, जिसने इस प्रतिष्ठित फिल्म महोत्सव में फिल्म की स्क्रीनिंग और पहचान को और अधिक विशेष बना दिया।

स्क्रीनिंग के पश्चात जननी – द स्टोरी शी रोट के निर्देशक रोहन पिशारोटी ने दैनिक जागरण एवं जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल मीडिया के साथ प्रेस इंटरैक्शन में फिल्म की रचनात्मक सोच और तकनीकी यात्रा से जुड़े कई रोचक पहलुओं को साझा किया। जननी को एक प्रासंगिक “ग्लोबल ह्यूमन स्टोरी” बताते हुए रोहन ने कहा कि यह फिल्म आज के युवाओं के जीवन में सही मार्गदर्शन और मेंटरशिप की आवश्यकता को उजागर करती है। उन्होंने बताया कि यह फिल्म आदरणीय दीदी माँ के उन अनकहे और वास्तविक प्रभावों की गहराईयों से प्रेरित है, जिन्होंने लाखों लोगों के जीवन को सकारात्मक दिशा दी। उन्होंने यह भी साझा किया कि उन्होंने और सह-निर्देशक बीके वैशाली वाणी ने यूट्यूब के माध्यम से AI सीखा और स्टूडेंट अकाउंट्स एवं क्रेडिट्स का उपयोग करते हुए इस जीरो-बजट फिल्म का निर्माण किया, जिसमें उन्नत AR और VR तकनीक का भी प्रयोग किया गया है। इस परियोजना को समाज के लिए सेवा का एक गैर-व्यावसायिक प्रयास बताते हुए उन्होंने अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त की, कि 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के प्रत्येक युवा को यह फिल्म अवश्य देखनी चाहिए।

जागरण प्रकाशन समूह की पहल जागरण फिल्म फेस्टिवल सार्थक और विविधतापूर्ण सिनेमा को पारंपरिक महानगरीय सीमाओं से आगे ले जाकर व्यापक दर्शक वर्ग तक पहुँचाने के लिए जाना जाता है। वर्ष 2026 का यह महोत्सव दिल्ली से अपनी यात्रा शुरू कर भारत के 14 शहरों में आयोजित किया जाएगा और अंततः मुंबई में इसका समापन होगा। इस प्रतिष्ठित फिल्म यात्रा के अंतर्गत जननी – द स्टोरी शी रोट भी देशभर के विभिन्न शहरों में प्रदर्शित की जाएगी और अपनी प्रेरणादायी कहानी को विविध समुदायों तक पहुँचाएगी।

Janani – The Story She Wrote Makes a Powerful Presence at Jagran Film Festival 2026

Janani – The Story She Wrote, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Augmented Reality (AR) powered film, marked a significant milestone with its screening at the inaugural Delhi chapter of the Jagran Film Festival (JFF) 2026, held at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre (DAIC), Janpath, Delhi.

Janani – The Story She Wrote is a presentation by The Voyagers Studios, in association with Whizkid Films, and is created in deep reverence and loving remembrance of Rajyogini Brahmakumari Dr. Nalini Didi Ji (Didi Maa), whose Life and Values inspire the spirit of the film.

The film was showcased in a prime-time screening on the inaugural day, bringing its powerful and meaningful story to an audience of cinema lovers, filmmakers, and industry professionals gathered for one of India’s most prominent travelling film festivals. Selected from among nearly 2,000 global entries, its inclusion is a notable achievement for the film and its creative team.

The film festival was attended by several distinguished personalities associated with the festival and Indian cinema, including Javed Jaffrey, acclaimed actor, dancer, comedian and television presenter; Sudhir Mishra, National Award-winning filmmaker and director; Madhur Bhandarkar, National Award-winning filmmaker and director; Moushumi Chatterjee, veteran actress of Hindi and Bengali cinema;  Rahul Rawail, veteran filmmaker, director and Lillete Dubey, acclaimed actress and theatre director. Janani received appreciation from these eminent personalities, adding further significance to its screening and recognition at the prestigious festival.

Following the screening, Director of Janani – The Story She Wrote,  Rohan Pisharoti participated in a press interaction with the Dainik Jagran & JFF Media, sharing insights into the film’s creative vision and technological journey. Describing Janani as a relatable “Global Human Story”, Rohan said the film addresses the need for proper mentorship and guidance among today’s youth. He shared that it was deeply inspired by the untold, real-life impact of Respected Didi Maa on millions of lives. He also revealed that he and co-director BK Vaishali Wani learned AI through YouTube and created the zero-budget film using student accounts and credits, while leveraging advanced AR and VR technology. Calling the project a non-commercial act of seva (service) to society, he expressed his vision for every youth under 18 to watch the film.

Jagran Film Festival, an initiative of the Jagran Prakashan Group, is known for creating a platform where meaningful and diverse cinema reaches audiences beyond conventional metropolitan circuits. The 2026 edition began its journey from Delhi and is scheduled to travel across 14 cities in India before culminating in Mumbai. As part of this prestigious circuit, Janani – The Story She Wrote will be showcased to audiences across the country, taking its narrative to diverse communities.
